Barak Kassar is Principal and Creative Director at Rassak. He’s worked for over 20 years in different areas of media and marketing and has helped many companies shine through high density clutter. Prior to Rassak, Barak founded INBOXTV, a pioneering online video entertainment company, was VP Marketing and Business Development for CHOW.com (acquired by CNET/CBS), Senior Marketing Manager at Wink Communications (acquired by Liberty Media) and Marketing Manager at Ferris Research, an email technology research firm. He is quoted frequently in trade and international business media and has presented at prominent industry forums including the US National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), Digital Hollywood, SDForum and at the TED Global conference in July 2010.
Kassar has a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the University of California, Davis where he was an IMSEC exchange scholar at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus Universiteit. He serves on the advisory boards of new media companies TextMarks and Bixbe.com.
Dianna O’Doherty is Principal and Strategic Director at Rassak. She is responsible for overseeing business development, account, and project management. Prior to working in digital communications Dianna was an investment banker, working with Paribas Capital Markets in New York, London and Paris. She has worked in government in various capacities including Chief of Staff to the Canadian Minister of State Finance and Executive Assistant to the Canadian Minister of Defence. She holds an MBA in International Finance from the Université d’Ottawa and the École supérieure de commerce de Paris, and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration.
Active in many community service organizations, Dianna has served on several foundation and not-for-profit boards. She has a great interest in the field of education, and is currently President of the Foundation Board of the Benjamin Franklin International School in Barcelona.
Dylan Thomas is Digital Director at Rassak and has domain expertise in digital and viral marketing, creative content, interactive production, digital production, creative technology and web design. He has been recognized with local and national advertising awards. At Rassak, Dylan has worked with a wide range of clients focused on their growth in the digital space and through digital media.
Previous experience includes Potrero Media Corporation and Siteworx where he worked in various areas of web presence development and optimization, search engine marketing, and lead generation. A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Dylan has completed postgraduate work in Advertising and Art Direction. He is vice president of the ZeteKids children’s charity and has served on several non-profit committees.
Richard has more than 20 years experience managing finance for large and small companies. He keeps the back office organized and helps Rassak grow.
Richard walks his dog Jordi every day in San Francisco's McLaren Park and estimates that, over the past several years, they have walked the equivalent of a trip from San Francisco to New York and back again. They're now heading out east once more.
